fforest Farm has a range of accommodation available: the luxury of the newly renovated Georgian farmhouse and split level crog lofts; beautifully furnished, romantic geodesic domes, cosy cabin style garden shacs and hill shacs. All with unrivalled views surrounded by nature.
We have a minimum requirement of guest accommodation that needs to be booked for your wedding. This requirement depends on the time of year.

All guest accommodation includes a relaxed wood-fired pizza party on arrival day or a casual warming supper dependent on the time of year, breakfast each morning and a big Welsh barbecue brunch the morning after your wedding.

Ty fforest

Our Georgian farmhouse, rebuilt in late 2015.

Located at the top of the farm with five bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, huge dining tables & a large cosy living room with wood-burning stove.

Each bedroom has either an en-suite or private shower room.

Domes

The dome, made famous at fforest, with its solid wood floor, wood-burning stove, bespoke furnishings and the view from that giant bay window. Each has its own individual surroundings in either a field or woodland setting.

They have USB sockets, lighting, a king size bed, two single futon camp beds and are set on their own deck with a camp kitchen & seating area.

A short walk to our cedar wood showers/toilets and beauty barn.

Hill Shacs

Our Hill Shacs were created in 2019 with toilets added in 2020.

Each Hill Shac suite contains 2 twin or double bedrooms, a shared lobby and toilet inside and a decked area with seating and lovely views outside.

They have lighting, heating & power sockets.

A short walk to our ‘secret’ woodland showers.

Kata cabin

The Kata cabins at fforest farm are located along the field boundaries tucked into the trees, bushes and wildflowers.

They have a USB sockets, lighting, five futon camp beds, a gas ‘wood-burner effect’ stove and are set on their own deck with a camp kitchen & seating area.

They are in the same field as our cedar wood showers/toilets and beauty barn.

Crog lofts

Simplicity, luxury, beauty. But still outdoor living.

The Crog Lofts combine the luxury of private facilities and home comforts whilst still enjoying an outdoor kitchen & dining area.

Inside you'll find slate floors with underfloor heating, a luxury shower room, bespoke furnishings & textiles, combined with quality mid-century furniture.

Onsen Domes

The onsen domes are part of our new accommodation for 2019. They take year-round comfort and engagement with the outdoors to a new level.

They have an indoor en-suite shower room (shower, WC & basin), wood-burning stove and are fully-insulated with an indoor kitchen & seating area featuring heating, lighting, power sockets & a fridge.

The outside is where the magic really happens as they each have a Japanese style outdoor bathroom complete with shower, basin and sunken, cast-concrete Oforu soaking tub for two.

Garden Shacs

We've designed the Garden Shacs to provide simple, characterful accommodation in an idyllic setting in the farmyard area overlooking the raised bed gardens.

For weddings we sell them as individual double or twin bedrooms. Each Garden Shac has 3 bedrooms and a shared outdoor kitchen/dining/seating area.

They have lighting, heating & power sockets.

The showers/toilets are in the adjacent block, just a few steps away.

Bell tent

Our Bell Tents at fforest farm offer a simple, canvas tent for those who want tradition and to stay true to pure. 

Inside are four futon camp beds & a wood-burning stove and they are set on their own deck with a camp kitchen & seating area.

They are in the same field as our cedar wood showers/toilets and beauty barn.
