Your Summer weekend celebration

The fforest hands-on wedding package is an all-inclusive, great value package designed to help you realise your dream of a perfect wedding without the time pressure and effort of organising all the details. We are experts at looking after you and your guests and working with you to create the style, atmosphere and memories you want from your wedding.

We’ll decorate the spaces, organise suppliers, including all of your wedding flowers, book and brief the photographer, and organise menus and drinks.

When you arrive for your wedding weekend, you can focus on spending time with friends and family while we put the finishing touches on your ceremony, reception, and party spaces. We’ll deliver a wedding perfectly crafted by fforest with you in mind.

We’ve tried to think of everything to make planning your wedding as simple as possible, but there are a few very personal decisions that we’ve left up to you.

Package excludes

The registrar: If you want a civil ceremony at fforest, we will organise and dress the ceremony space but you will need to book the registrar. (We would if we could, but we’re afraid you have to do this bit.)
A wedding cake or similar: We will provide a two course wedding breakfast and doughnut table so you may not want a traditional cake, but if you do choose to bring one we will be happy to serve it.
Musicians, DJ or other entertainment: We think that’s just too personal, but we can make recommendations and provide basic equipment.
Hair and make-up: We think you look perfect just the way you are, but if you want a little pampering before you walk down the aisle then we’ll leave this choice to you.
Your wedding clothes! This is the day you’ve dreamed of. We’re taking care of the venue, food and drink and suppliers to free up your time to choose the perfect outfit and accessories for your big day.
